Can I leave feedback about the page and/or staff?
You are more than welcome to leave feedback about the site here. All comments are appreciated, including constructive criticism. However, please do not leave feedback about specific staff members. If you need to discuss any issues related to staff members please message us privately. All messages are viewed and answered by lead staff member

Can I comment with a request?

When will I receive a response?
 The Staff at Screencaps do their best to check this page daily and respond within 24-48 hours. If you haven't received a response in this time please do not post again. If your query is urgent please private message.

FAQ
What is Screencaps?
 Screencaps is a high quality image archive, providing logofree screencaps of various TV shows and Movies since 2015. What can we do with the screencaps and images? Many members of the community use the screencaps for graphics, icons and various other edits. You are welcome to use the screencaps for anything you like, the only limit is your imagination!

Can I upload your screencaps to my gallery?
You are welcome to upload our screencaps to your Actor/Actress fansite. You must provide credit and link back in the Album and in the WordPress (or equivalent) post. I have screencaps for ____,

Can I donate them / will you host them?
Yes, we are happy to offer your screencaps in our gallery as long as they are high quality, sorted and logofree. Please contact us to discuss further information.

Will ____ gallery be completed?
All galleries on Screencaps will be completed when the assigned Staff member has time.

Why don't you offer zip downloads?
We no longer offer zip downloads as we lost several file hosts due to spam downloading. File hosts are expensive and uploading 1TB of zips only to lose them multiple times is time consuming and frustrating. We appreciate your understanding.
